The Constitution, as a living document, not only reflects upon India’s evolving socio-political and moral standards, but at the same time anchors itself on the foundational integrity and spirit envisaged by its framers. This approach acknowledges the fidelity to the text while also interpreting the original intent in the expansive context of contemporary needs of our society.  Over a period of time, the Supreme Court of India has navigated these dynamic waters by harmonising the progressive ideology with the original intent of the framers evolving the landscape of our constitution.

The MUJ Law Blog is a dedicated platform for exploring this spirit of the Constitution that is indicative of universal and objective truths enshrined in our Constitution, and the constantly developing standards of justice. The blog focuses on the crucial reinterpretations and analysis of constitutional provisions that continuously redefine the legal framework of India. The blog also offers a space to engage with thought-provoking content that challenges conventional understandings and ignites meaningful discussions on the future of constitutional jurisprudence.
